We hope you are all Well!

As our world continues to change by the minute, we wanted to reach out to you, our Client Family to share the steps we are taking to safely welcome you back to our offices.
Above all, the health and safety of our community – our clients and employees alike – remains our primary focus. As we work quickly to adjust to this new normal, we want to thank you for your patience and share with you our vision for the foreseeable future.

We Take Your Safety Seriously
We recognize this is the beginning of a gradual recovery, and we are committed to keeping the safety of our community top priority.

Reopening Office: As of today, our office has been reopened in compliance with local and state guidelines. Please stay in contact via our website and Facebook page as operating hours may differ from the “normal” this time of year, to accommodate everyone still needing taxes done before the July 15th Tax Due Date. Here are some of the precautions we are rolling out to ensure social distancing, cleanliness, safety and client convenience and we will continue to think through each touch point as this evolves.

Limiting client and employee capacity to ensure social distancing
Strategic scheduling to limit lobby traffic
Face coverings are to be worn by all visitors
Increase cleaning to sanitize after each interaction
Increase cleaning of overall office counters, desks, and high touch areas
Providing hand sanitizer
Equipping every employee with proper personal protective equipment such as face coverings, cleaning supplies and disinfectant
Provide proper training to ensure client and employee measures are met
Offering contactless transactions as we can accept Tap-and-Go credit cards

Curbside Drop-off and Pick-up: We now offer curbside Drop-off and Pick-ups as a contactless alternative. Let us know you have arrived by Calling us at 937-320-0303 or Texting us at 937-719-1340. We will meet you at your vehicle to either receive your drop-off tax information or deliver your completed return.

Online: We also understand you may not feel comfortable leaving your home at all. Through our website we have secure client portals that can be set up for you to safely upload your tax documents to us for processing. Email our office at tax-info@prathertax.com to request your personal access link.

Mail Delivery/Return: Another contactless method is to mail your tax information to us. We will process the information, call with questions, then simply mail your completed return and original tax documents back to you. Due to safety measures around COVID-19 and shipping carriers prioritizing essential items, please note that mail delivery may be delayed, and additional time may need to be allotted to meet the July 15th tax deadline.
